Original SA Milled Stock Ferrule for the M1 Garand. Milled ferrules are distinguishable by the machining and note the close gap with overlapping metal above the sling swivel area. Great restoration piece if your old timer doesn't have one! SA milled ferrules were seen on Early M1's and were used mid-late 1939 thru Oct 1940 on early production M1's, roughly thru ser# 78,306.
