WINCHESTER WIN-13 Gas Cylinder Lock Screw. Marked "P" with Hexagon and "punch" on face, typical of winchester parts. Used original finish. Winchester used the single slot screw on all of their WWII production rifles except for the late production WIN-13s which had poppet valves. These were used on WIN-13's from the 1,6xx,xxx ser number range to end of production. The punch mark was common on WRA parts as they did the Rockwell metal hardness test on most all parts used, hence the punch marks.
