M1 Garand WRA Arched lower band. This style of Winchester production lower band with the visible machining lines and squared corners above the stake pin line which was observed on later WRA bands and WIN-13 Rifles. Early to mid production had rounded corners in the pin hole area (see last picture for reference to point out the "round corner" earlier style we are referring to. This band has the squared corners).
