M1 Garand Single Slot Gas Cylinder Screw - Springfield SA Style - New - Replacement
M1 Garand Single Slot Gas Screws. We make these here in South Carolina using the ORIGINAL drawings so our parts are IDENTICAL in fit and function to the originals. Screws can be used on all M1 variants and are the preferred Screws for National Match builds.
Gas Screws are made from proper stainless steel with black oxide finish (per drawing specs). The slot is the correct size and depth as original Screws. All are heat treated and finished as originals. These are the BEST FUNCTIONAL Repro Gas Screws in town!! These can be used on any era Garand as the newer "poppet" cross slot valve screws were only needed for grenade firing. Other than that, the poppet screw served no purpose. Sold individually, select quantity needed when adding to cart.
*Note: Do not confuse our original spec parts with current "CMP" single Slots, CMP has recently started making their own and have made them UNDERSIZED in the slot so tools like our custom Dual Head Wrench will NOT work on CMP variants as theirs are NOT made to the proper slot size.
